Douglas G. Richards is a researcher in anomalies of consciousness, and has published studies of psychic experiences in the Journal of Parapsychology and the Journal of the American Society for Psychical Research. He is also an amateur radio operator and has been conducting experiments in weak signal propagation, presenting at the HamSCI conference. His presentation here combines these interests.
