Igor Nazarov earned an M.S. in Nuclear Physics and a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, where he graduated in 1977 with honors. He continued to work at the same institution until his emigration to the U.S. in 1990. Dr. Nazarov had begun working in the area of subtle energy with Dr.Kronn in 1985. Upon moving to Eagle Point, Oregon in 2014, he resumed his work with Dr.Kronn as Chief Scientist at Energy Tools International LLC, where he remained until 2020.
