James McClenon was a sociology professor at Elizabeth City State University (North Carolina) and licensed clinical social worker at Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center. He has investigated psychic phenomena in the USA, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, People’s Republic of China, Japan, Okinawa, Sri Lanka, and India. His books include The Entity Letters: A Sociologist on the Trail of a Supernatural Mystery and Wondrous Healing: Shamanism, Human Evolution, and the Origin of Religion.
